Job Responsibilities
- Check files for accurate documentation invoice, packing list, delivery order, AWB/BL, export/import, and draft import entry - Verifies the accuracy of import/export declaration data and related documents - Coordinates with relevant teams, such as declaration staff and customer service personnel, to request information and guide proper documentation - Ensures all import and export processes comply with the company's Work Instructions (WI) - Other duties assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in any field - At least 2 years of experience in import & export, shipping, sale support or customer service in a logistics company - Conversational Middle level of English (used for emails, and documents) - Has knowledge of customs procedures - Strong knowledge of import/export regulations - Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure - Computer Literacy (MS Office)
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Having experience in a Japanese company
