It is how we work, consistently, be it towards the company, our colleagues or our customers.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic plans for cash management product offerings, aligning with business objectives and market trends.Identify gaps in current product offerings and develop new innovative solutions to address them.Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as transaction banking operations, treasury, trade finance and payment services to deliver seamless end-Lead cross-functional projects related to product development, implementalStay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities, incorporating insights into strategic planning.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met through tailored product solutions.Provide thought leadership within the organization and externally, showcasing the bank's expertise in cash management and trade finance.Manage budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to achieve project goals.Drive revenue growth through targeted product offerings and expansion of existing portfolios.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and risk management policies.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking or investment banking, with a focus on cash management and trade finance.Proven track record in developing and implementing successful product strategies.Strong knowledge of financial markets, banking regulations, and industry trends.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and concisely.Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.Experience managing large teams and driving cultural change within organizations.Proficiency in English language.Remark: The Bank requires the checking and collection of criminal records for candidates of this position in order to verify qualifications and/or disqualifications for the job position in accordance with the Bank’s policy.Additional RequirementsBe a Part of the UOB FamilyUOB is an equal opportunity employer.
