We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Operations staff for our B2B SaaS Product, “Drawer” The members in the position will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process. They will collaborate with various professionals, so they must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESSales Process & Documentation:
Create, document, and continuously streamline our sales processes from lead to close for both our Customer Success (CS) and Field Sales (FS) teams.
Develop and maintain sales playbooks and process guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across the sales organization.
Serve as the primary administrator for our CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows to support sales activities.
Marketing & Content Support:
Support marketing activities by coordinating and managing the creation of localized contents
Lead the collection of user testimonials and interview-based case studies from both Japanese and local customers, ensuring compelling and impactful storytelling.
Collaborate with the marketing team to translate and adapt marketing materials for different regions and audiences.
Event & Exhibition Management:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and exhibitions.
Handle logistics for events, including vendor management, material preparation, and on-site support.
Serve as a key point of contact for external partners and attendees during events, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Develop and maintain dashboards to track key sales and marketing metrics.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing leadership, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
Support sales forecasting and pipeline management through data-driven analysis
Requirements:BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
At least 5 years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role with a focus on process improvement and project management.
Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and verbal) is a must.
Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in the manufacturing or relevant industry
Sales experience in software industry
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc).
Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus.
