Taking care of tourist customers check-ins.รายละเอียดงานProperty Management Company is looking for a Customer Service Person or Guest Service Agent (GSA) who can talk to customers via Line, Air BNB and Whatsapp.1. Replying and helping customers with questions about Chiang Mai.
2. Doing check-in and check-out when necessary.
3. Co-ordinating with the cleaning team.Requirements:
- Thai national.
- Near Fluent skills in English Language.
- Good customer service skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Flexible working hours. Sometimes, we have to reply our customers during evening hours via phone app.Important skills:
- Knows how to use computer programs e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and e-mail, etc.
- Good communication skills.
- Good service mind.Things we love but not required:
- Can speak and type Chinese.
