You will be the first point of contact for our patients — guiding them through their journey, building trust, and ensuring they receive the highest standard of care from consultation to follow-up.
1.Welcome and guide patients through services with warmth and professionalism
2.Provide treatment information clearly and persuasively, adapting to different nationalities and cultural backgrounds
3.Plan and recommend treatments with a long-term, value-focused approach
4.Coordinate with doctors and the operations team to ensure a seamless patient experience
