- Marketing Planning and Policy Setting: Develop annual and long-term marketing plans. Establish policies and operational guidelines for marketing personnel to ensure efficient operations and achieve organizational goals.
- Marketing Budget Definition and Control: Prepare monthly and annual marketing expenditure budgets. Control spending to align with plans and maximize benefits.
- Market and Competitor Analysis for Marketing Strategy Development: Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to apply this information in planning and developing appropriate marketing strategies that create a competitive advantage.
- Development of Online and Offline Marketing Tools to Generate Sales Opportunities: Innovate and develop diverse marketing tools and channels, both online (e.g., social media, websites, email) and offline (e.g., print media, outdoor advertising), to build brand awareness, generate interest in products/services, and lead to sales opportunities.
- Annual Exhibition Planning and Creation of New Customer Engagement Activities: Plan and execute annual product exhibitions, and conceive and organize new and engaging marketing activities to foster customer relationships, create positive experiences, and stimulate brand engagement.
- Coordination with Related Departments (e.g., Sales and Product Teams) for Effective Strategy Improvement and Performance Tracking: Work closely with sales and product departments to exchange information, refine marketing strategies to align with sales targets and product/service features, and jointly monitor and evaluate the results of marketing activities.
- Public Relations Release Preparation: Write and disseminate press releases about marketing activities, new products/promotions, or organizational achievements to build awareness and a positive image.
- Regular Marketing Reporting to Present Data and Progress to Management: Collect, analyze, and prepare regular reports summarizing marketing performance, market trends, and other key information for presentation to management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing.
- Has strong and excellent persuasive abilities.
- Have communication skills (verbal and written)
- There are techniques and ideas for creating new presentations.
- Have computer skills and basic design (Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Canva or others)
- Have the ability to analyze competitors and strategic planning.
- Have experience in project management***
- Able to prioritize projects/tasks. and on schedule.
- Fluency in English
