- Act as a strategic partner to leadership teams, translating business goals into people strategies and HR priorities.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Manage payroll processing, labor cost analysis, and HR-related budget planning to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including social security, provident funds, commercial insurance, and government-mandated contributions.
- Lead and facilitate the annual performance review process, ensuring timely and fair evaluations across all departments.
- Partner with department heads to design, implement, and monitor training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating with hiring managers, screening candidates, and conducting interviews as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and global HR standards.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to leadership for workforce planning and decision-making.
- Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, compensation and benefits administration, and payroll processes.
- Proven ability to solve problems proactively and work effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with strong documentation and presentation skills.
