Job Responsibilities
- Summarize product cost reports to provide visibility on production cost status and report to relevant teams for monitoring marginal profit and identifying cost improvement opportunities. - Review and analyse monthly marginal profit forecasts to support management in simulating profit/loss and planning recovery actions to meet targets. - Monitor costs and expenses impacting P&L(Profit and Loss), and manage Kaizen progress to ensure results are reflected in P&L forecasts. - Analyse marginal profit data and simulate profit scenarios to support strategic decision-making. - Prepare and summarize actual cost reports for comparison and performance tracking.Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field - At least 3 years in Strategic Management, Sales Planning, and Business Management in any industry - Monitor costs and expenses impacting P&L - Conversational High of English (Verbal communication with Japanese reportline) - Proficient in MS applications and ERP systems (Excel, PowerPoint, SAP) - Strong understanding of cost structure, marginal profit, and manufacturing cost breakdowns
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Experience in a manufacturing Company - Experience working in a Japanese company
