Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for hybrid monthly training programs.
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Virtual Training Platform Management: Ensure smooth operation of virtual training platforms, including setup, testing, and troubleshooting.
Training Content Review: Review and approve training/marketing content to ensure it meets organizational standards and objectives.
Evaluation and Feedback: Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants. - Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports on training metrics, including attendance, engagement, and evaluation results.
Develop and present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including suggestions for new training formats, topics, or technologies.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and improvements based on market research insights

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a training or education setting.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with virtual training platforms
Familiarity with learning management systems
