Senior Technologist, Innovation Center (Food & Beverage) 1

• Lead R&D projects across multiple categories: dairy products, plant-based beverages, functional drinks, gummies, jellies, and nutraceutical formats.
• Develop new formulations and prototypes, and conduct lab/pilot-scale testing to validate product feasibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to translate concepts into viable products that meet consumer needs.
• Conduct consumer testing (e.g., CLT), analyze sensory feedback, and optimize formulations accordingly.
• Support production scale-up, troubleshoot process issues, and ensure product consistency and quality.
• Source and evaluate new raw materials and ingredients in collaboration with suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications, reports, and regulatory dossiers.
• Support food safety and quality management systems: GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001/14001, FSSC 22000.
• Participate in internal audits and provide technical expertise for quality and compliance initiatives.

• At least 4-10 years of experience in R&D or product development in the food industry.
• Proven track record in developing products such as high-protein milk, plant-based drinks, RTD beverages, and functional foods.
• Strong understanding of food processing, formulation, and ingredient functionality.
• Hands-on experience in sensory testing and consumer research methodology.
• Solid knowledge of food safety systems (GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000) and familiarity with registration processes.
• Good communication and presentation skills; ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic analytical/reporting tools.
• Moderate to good English proficiency (written and verbal).

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Agro-Industry, Food Technology or a related field.
