Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. PD & AE teams) to drive new products launches on site meeting and produce prodcuts of excellent quality
Communicate with relevant stakeholders to effectively execute the manufacturing processes (e.g. MOC)
Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. production & SHE teams) to drive risk assessment, process safety and improvement
Improve efficiency, capacity, quality and cost of all production and process activities
Work closely with relevant stakeholder for process optimization and execution in site
Meet objectives in safety, quality, schedule, cost and compliance, and running process or tasks based on SOP
Maintain formulations in system up to date
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry, or related field.
2 years of experience in process engineering within chemical or related manufacturing industries. * Strong knowledge of chemical processes, unit operations, and production flow.
Experience with process optimization, scaling-up, and cost-saving projects would be an advantage.
Good communication skills, teamwork mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
