This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who is equally skilled in technical diagnostics and team leadership. You'll play a vital role in delivering an exceptional service experience while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the after-sales service and spare parts departments, ensuring alignment with company KPIs (e.g., customer response within 7 days, repairs completed within 48 hours).Supervise, coach, and develop a team of technicians to uphold service quality and performance.Oversee the warranty claims process ensuring speed, accuracy, and fairness.Plan and implement technical training programs to upskill service staff.Control operating costs while maintaining service excellence.Monitor repair performance, customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed.Manage and optimize the spare parts inventory system ensuring stock availability, preventing loss or damage, and maintaining ideal stock levels.Ensure spare parts quality, sourcing from reputable suppliers at competitive prices.Drive spare parts sales, building a high-performance sales and inventory team.Track and report operational performance to senior management with improvement plans.Who We're Looking For
