Work requirements: Exams in Thailand are delivered seven days a week, and the role will be required to work on peak test days, including weekends, as part of the contracted hours. The role requires proven experience in fast-paced operations with a strong focus on customer service, along with the ability to uphold compliance, risk, and security standards while managing others effectively. Ideally, candidates will also bring experience leading small to medium teams, working in education or assessment services, and supporting the delivery of computer-based exams. Further Information Qualification: The role requires experience in overseeing daily operations within a business environment.
