Leading the Safety culture required to ensure Zero LTA’s
To support the Training manager in all aspects of training scope of work
To review and develop training materials from suppliers and / or from internal sources
To support the Training Manager to set up the Training Strategy and Competency Strategy for the services team.
To support in developing a network of Key Instructors within the Services Team
Implement, manage and improve the tools required for an efficient competency management
Incorporate standards and processes for training and enforce implementation of standardised tools and reporting
Ensure compliance with HSE legal obligations, local regulations, company policies, processes, and initiatives.
Support on training administrative tasks if requiredExperience
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in multi-cultural company
Engineering background is preferred
Experience in in the Railway industry would be an advantage
Excellent communication skills
Educational RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering fields.You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
