Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and control expenses and costs - According to established targets, including identifying ways to reduce costs. - Monitor daily and monthly production expenses, analyze cost variance. - Implement cost-saving initiatives such as improving machine efficiency or reducing waste. 2. Oversee quality in accordance with established targets - Ensure production meets product specifications and quality standards - Control, defect, analysis, and collaboration with the QA/QC team. 3. Oversee production volume in accordance with established targets. - Monitor output against the production plan - Coordinating with planning and maintenance teams - Prevent downtime and ensure the stable operation of weaving machines. 4. Record and report any problems encountered to superiors. - Document machine malfunctions, material shortages, or manpower issues accurately - Promptly communicate with the relevant departments and upper management. 5. Identify ways to continuously improve workplace safety - Conduct risk assessments, implement 5S activities, and ensure proper use of PPE - Promote a culture of safety awareness among all employees. 6. Understand and be aware of environmental issues - Follow company environmental policies and reduce - Support initiatives such as recycling or waste segregation. 7. Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in any related Engineering field - At least 10 years of experience in the Production process for Weaving or Twisting - At least 7 years of experience in Management (no need for direct subordinates) - Conversational High Level in English (Communicate with the Japanese report line, and report to Japanese Management) - Experience with ISO 9001 and 14001 implementation and compliance. - Experience in cost control and analysis for reducing waste and improving machine
