Key Responsibilities: * Department Operations & Strategic Planning
- Fully responsible for the daily operations of the finance department.
- Formulate annual and mid-to-long-term financial strategies and budgets aligned with corporate goals and BOI incentives.
- Cost Control & Financial Analysis
- Establish a cost accounting system, monitor operational costs, and analyze expenses.
- Develop and optimize cost-reduction and efficiency improvement plans.
- Provide financial data and insights to support business decision-making.
- Cash Flow & Risk Management
- Manage cash flow, bank accounts, and financing arrangements to ensure liquidity and fund security.
- Monitor foreign exchange risks and international payment procedures.
- Support cross-border procurement and export financing.
- Strengthen internal control systems and conduct regular internal audits to prevent financial risks.
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) and IFRS.
- Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities to ensure compliance with audit and tax filing requirements.
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Supply Chain Support
- Provide financial support across departments, including feasibility evaluations for supply chain and pre-production investments.
- Ensure financial viability across all processes, including China-based sourcing.
- ERP System & Finance Digitalization
- Drive ERP implementation and digital transformation to enhance internal controls and process efficiency.
- Global Financial Coordination
- Manage cross-border financial matters to ensure consistent execution of headquarters' financial policies at the Thai plant.
- Promote effective communication and policy alignment between local and HQ teams.
- Team Development & Talent Management
- Foster departmental talent development and succession planning.
- Continuously improve team engagement and professionalism.
- Other Tasks
- Complete other tasks assigned by upper management.
- Nationality: Thai
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. CPA, ACCA, CMA, or other internationally recognized certifications are a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Thai is required. Candidates with good command of Mandarin and English are preferred. At minimum, must be able to handle basic work communication in Mandarin.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant financial experience.
- At least 3 years in a financial management role within a multinational or BOI-promoted company.
- Familiarity with import-export or international trade processes.
- Solid understanding of Thai accounting and tax regulations, and BOI policies.
- Experience in foreign exchange management and international payment processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in office software and financial management tools.
