A world of wonder awaits you.About the jobLead the development and optimization of casting operations to support high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective jewelry production. This role focuses on ensuring process compliance, integrating new materials, and enhancing manufacturing capabilities while aligning with technical standards, sustainability goals, and global quality expectations.Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Operate and optimize casting equipment, including temperature, pressure, and resistance melting units, with a focus on new material applications (e.g. CoCr, Silver, etc.)
Develop and document casting parameters for new designs and create end-to-end processes that ensure production stability and capability
Optimize tree design for metal flow, shrinkage, mold filling, gating systems, burnout cycles, and alloy usage to reduce waste and increase efficiency
Troubleshoot casting defects and implement corrective actions using process improvement methodologies such as Kaizen and Six Sigma
Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to support the introduction of new forming technologies
Train operators and technicians to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and consistent process execution
Deliver accurate documentation including casting quality reports, process capability metrics, alloy consumption data, production yields, and defect logs for traceability and continuous improvement
Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and sustainability standards across operations
About youWe are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, or related field)
At least 2 years of experience in the jewelry industry or similar precision manufacturing environment
Proven expertise in casting operations, especially with new material applications and forming techniques
Familiarity with statistical analysis (Minitab), 3D CAD tools, project management, additive manufacturing, and lean production concepts
Ability to develop high-quality, reproducible production processes that meet global standards
Strong analytical skills to identify issues, forecast challenges, and propose actionable solutions
Proactive communicator and cross-functional collaborator who can train others and support the wider production team
