- Evaluates hazardous conditions, risk assessment, Environmental Aspect of machine acceptance process.
- Monitor and ensure Company is in compliance to related HSE regulations, corporate standard, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and all concern HSE requirements.
- Maintain and control procedure and operation of machine safety release for machine, equipment and installation process.
- Maintain, control and monitor chemical management for registration, audit and other process relevant with regulation and Bosch standards.
- Overall training and development of the company with respond to the company requirement and monitor a training plan and matrix.
- Control all contractor works on site to comply with company HSE rules (HSEBP).
- Promote safety culture by conducting safety activities to enhance associates' knowledge and awareness i.e. SafetyLikeABosch, Safety Tips, Safety days and etc.
- Perform HSE patrol inspection, learn to see audit regularly following HSE procedures.
- Involved for the incident investigation process to find out the root cause and set preventive action and analyze site safety statistic trends.
- Maintaining records of accidents, incidents, occupational Illnesses and environmental records and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Waste Management including waste permit.
- Collaborate with Business partner to conduct the environmental monitoring and comply regulation.
- Improve and maintain effective communication between HSE department and other parties i.e. customer, safety committee, Coordinator team and other departments within the company.
- Prepares various safety reports as BOSCH requirement and THAI Regulation.
- Undertakes other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by MOE1, ENG, TEF, TEF3, QMM and PUQ.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Good command in English, both written and spoken.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Safety, Health and Environment in manufacturing environment.
- Knowledgeable and hands on experience in Hazard Identification/Risk Assessment and Control; Accident/Incident Investigation.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Coordinating skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001.
- Action & result oriented, good problem solving and decision making.
- Possess effective communication skill and management skill.
- Able to use software application such as Excel, Power point, Words, etc.
