  • Support sales process and pitch presentation, together with Account managers
  • Champion innovation within the category by identifying and introducing new products and concepts that meet customer needs and preferences
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that category strategies are aligned with consumer expectations and market demands
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscape
  • Develop and implement category strategies that align with the company's strategic goals and support the category growth
  • Identify opportunities for product development, pricing optimization, and promotional activities to maximize category performance
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure successful execution of category plans
  • Monitor and analyze category performance, including sales, profitability, and market share
  • Be the trusted though partner for Account manager in tailoring the offering the customers
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Animal Nutrition/Biochemistry/Molecular biology or related.
  • At least 5 years (which should include some sales experience).
  • Having knowledge in Basic level animal/human nutrition, Nutraceuticals and nutrigenomics, Trends, Nutritional Research, Production Processes and Flows.
  • Persuasion, Presentation, Analytical thinking, Negotiation, Innovative thinking, Consulting, Communication, training and coaching are required skills.
  • Proficient in English (High Level).
  • Ability to travel as required.
