- Take purchase order from customers by phone, voicemail, email, LINE etc.
- Selling diving equipment in shop and outside depend on requirement.
- Negotiating with the customer. Solving any problems and make sure customer get satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales team to arrange order, quotation etc.
- Record information in e-system for document status checking.
- Follow up products deliver to customer on time.
- File documents.
- The employee shall have the duties including but not limited to assisting the Area sales managers and the Marketing Manager by providing supporting documents related to sales and marketing within company.
- Thai nationality, male or female
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Prior experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service is advantageous
- Experience in the diving industry is a strong plus
- Excellent proficiency in English (reading, speaking, and writing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) for business purposes
- Highly proactive with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
- Must be available for an in-person interview at Dive Space (Phuket)
- Willingness to travel and participate in exhibitions in various locations
