Serve as the Person in Charge for supporting sales and business-related procedures, covering both existing and developing operations
Handle secretarial and administrative tasks to assist the GM and overall division
Support senior staff in trading operations and affiliate management
Collaborate with senior staff on new business development initiatives
Act as GM's secretary, including workflow management, arranging business trips, and coordinating entertainment
Perform other tasks as assigned
Experience requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales coordinator or in a related role
Experience in Japanese companies would be advantages
Supportive, team-oriented, a good listener, and humble in character
Enthusiastic, with logical thinking, strong negotiation abilities, and effective communication skills
Positive mindset with a can-do attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
Strong communication skills with a cheerful and approachable personality
Demonstrates accuracy and efficiency in meeting deadlines and managing schedules, maintaining a positive attitude
Education requirements
Bachelor's Degree or a Master's Degree in any related fields
Proficient in English at an internal conversation level (TOEIC score preferred)
