3D design using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Fitment design tailored to the size and shape of the truck bed.
Structural design of components such as opening mechanisms, locking systems, dividers, and drawers.
Material Selection
Selection of materials with excellent weather resistance and impact durability (e.g., aluminum, FRP, ABS resin).
Consideration of the balance between weight reduction and structural strength.
Prototyping & Evaluation
Fabrication of prototypes and field testing (e.g., durability, waterproofing, vibration resistance).
Usability verification and incorporation of user feedback.
Experience requirements
People with design experience and who can read and understand blueprints
Must have knowledge of 3D design using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
