Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets for volume, revenue, market share, and contribution across all industrial plaster products and services.
- Track sales progress from inquiry to order closure, ensuring efficiency and timely delivery.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and support the development of annual strategic sales plans.
- Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback for accurate area analysis.
- Prepare and submit monthly sales and market reports, highlighting trends, performance, and new opportunities.
- Share market insights and recommendations during monthly business development meetings.
- Provide feedback on emerging trends to guide strategic decisions.
- Maintain and strengthen key account relationships through effective CRM practices.
- Establish new customer accounts and develop long-term partnerships.
- Oversee customer satisfaction surveys and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Work with manufacturing teams to ensure consistent product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D to create customer-tailored products aligned with market trends.
- Coordinate with Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order management and delivery.
Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Ceramic Science, Material Science, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market trends and customer performance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with proven collaboration skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written); Mandarin-speaking preferred.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
- Customer-oriented with a service-minded attitude.
- Willing to travel overseas, including weekends if required.
- Able to be based in Saraburi or commit to staying there for the first 12 months.
- Capable of working independently and taking initiative.
