-Report and give legal advice to management and employees of the Company in terms of laws, regulations, rules including internal rules of the company as well.
-Prepare and maintain documents of director registration, board meeting, shareholders meeting and other registration of the company.
-Prepare, draft and review contract
-Perform legal compliance audit
-Give legal advice to employee and management
-Coordinate with government official【Qualification】
-Bachelor's degree in Law programs.
-Male/Female, Age 27-40 Years old.
-At least 3 years' experience in legal functions.
-Experience in reviewing and drafting contracts.
-Good command of English communication and documentation skill.
-Experience in manufacturing field is advantage.【Allowance & Benefit】
