
Digital Platform Business Analyst

- Analyze business and financial performance across AIS Cloud, Datacenter, Cloud X, Cyber Security, and ICT/reseller businesses.
- Create and deliver executive-ready presentations that clearly communicate key insights and strategic directions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate financial, operational, and strategic data.
- Monitor and visualize KPIs, OKRs, and business health metrics across multiple product lines.
- Provide recommendations to support pricing decisions, investment planning, and sales strategy.
- Assist in developing business cases for new initiatives or expansion strategies.
- Ensure alignment between financial data, business direction, and product performance tracking.
- Simplify complex data into easy-to-understand visual formats for decision-making and storytelling.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, strategic planning, financial analysis, or enterprise product operations.
- Background in telecom, cloud, or IT solution businesses is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT domains, especially cloud platforms (IaaS, SaaS), data centers, cybersecurity, and ICT reseller models.
- Proficient in business analysis tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Ability to understand and interpret P&L statements, revenue trends, consumption models, and financial forecasts.
- Familiar with digital product lifecycle, pricing strategy, and GTM (Go-to-Market) planning.
- Basic technical literacy in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google, Oracle) and IT infrastructure (server, storage, network) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong storytelling skills – capable of converting complex datasets into meaningful business narratives.
- High collaboration mindset – able to work seamlessly across teams (BD, product, presales, finance).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Strategic thinking combined with operational execution mindset.
