Importantly the individual must also be collaborative and show a willingness to work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs and business expectations are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.This position is part of the Commercial team located in Bangkok, Thailand and will be fully remote. At Radiometer, our vision is to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.You will be a part of the RAD Commercial team and report to the Commercial Leader .The essential requirements of the job include:
Sales related experience in Thailand healthcare industry for a minimum of 5 years.
Implements marketing strategies and sales initiatives.
Sets objectives, targets and measures to achieve the company’s forecasted sales and production.
Develops and maintains standardized sales brochures, presentations, proposals and collateral and other materials related to sales and marketing.
Analyzes commercial market conditions for the determination of potential sales of a product or service. Interprets customer trends and market insights into actionable strategies and tactics.
May represent the company at trade shows, industry and marketing related conferences and corporate events.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Experienced in dealing with stakeholders across all levels of the hospital and healthcare industry, from laboratory scientists to executive teams.
Knowledge and understanding of laboratory practices, with knowledge of Clinical chemistry preferred.
Demonstrated sales ability and achievements.
Experience in basic maintenance of Point of Care or Laboratory equipment.
Experience with Blood gas and Immunoassay.
