Job Purpose
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers (both domestic and oversea) - Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms & conditions with suppliers to achieve target agreement and cost down. - Improving procurement efficiency through supplier development and evaluation - Establishing relationship with Group Company procurement & engineer teams - Develop and maintain strong relationship with suppliers to ensure reliable supply chain - Ensure contracts comply with company's policies and legal requirement - Conduct market research and Other tasks as assignJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering - At least 3 years of experience in strategic procurement in the electronics or automotive industry - Conversation High conversational in English (Mostly for communicate with oversea vendor, and affiliate companies in Vietnam, Singapore, and India) - Able to travel internationally and offer expert consultation on material sourcing strategies to affiliate companies in Vietnam, Singapore, and India - Can often go visiting to suppliers in domestic and oversea - Able to coordinate with external/internal parties efficiently - Skills of Supplier & Cost Management, Souring, Compliance, Procurement, Logistics. - Proficiency in computer literature including Microsoft Office Word/ Excel/PowerPoint - Good communication and negotiation skills - Analytical and strategic thinking skills - Strong time management skills
