Lead the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence to transform organizational data into strategic insights that drive decision-making across Engineering, Retail, and Corporate Functions.
Responsible for building a centralized BI & Analytics platform, ensuring data governance, accuracy, and accessibility, while enabling the use of AI/ML analytics to create competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the BI & Analytics strategy aligned with business priorities.
Establish the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (CoE) as the central hub for data analytics.
Drive a data-driven culture across all business units.
Oversee development of Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Data Lake, and BI Platforms.
Ensure data quality, consistency, and availability across multiple systems (ERP, CRM, FSM, Retail, HR, Finance).
Implement self-service BI tools to empower business units with actionable insights.
Leverage AI/ML models for predictive analytics, customer behavior insights, workforce planning, and operational optimization.
Define and enforce data governance policies (PDPA, GDPR, ISO).
Ensure secure, compliant, and ethical use of organizational data.
Train business users on data literacy and use of BI tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields.
15 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering, with 5+ years in leadership.
Proven track record of managing enterprise BI/Analytics platforms and delivering cross-functional insights.
Expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.) and Data Platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS/Azure Data Services).
Strong knowledge of SQL, Python/R, Data Warehousing, and AI/ML applications.
