- Service Delivery: Provide after-sales and managed services to data center customers, ensuring timely and accurate service fulfillment.
- Customer Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with customers, delivery service teams, and internal departments to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Access Authorization: Verify and authorize personnel requesting services or access to secure areas.
- Smart Hands Support: Execute customer requests such as equipment handling, cabling, and basic troubleshooting.
- Incident Management: Diagnose and resolve service-related issues, coordinating with relevant teams as needed.
- Monitoring: Continuously monitor data center services to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Environment Patrols: Conduct regular checks to maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness within the data center.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferably 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, colocation services, network systems, or data center facilities.
- Basic understanding of data center operations and service management.
- Good communication skills in English are an advantage.
