- Manage and oversee the sales team to achieve sales targets, expand the customer base, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Plan sales strategies and promotional activities in line with the company's strategies and policies.
- Provide training, coaching, guidance, and motivation to the team to develop sales skills and improve performance.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance, conduct in-depth analysis, and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Accounting, Logistics, and other related teams to support sales operations and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience (experience in the food, beverage, gift, or FMCG industry will be an advantage).
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a sales team or managing a team directly related to sales.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data strategically to support business planning and decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools to manage information, analyze performance, and track sales results.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies, with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
