Lead quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and actual performance analysis.
Provide deep-dive financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Visualize and present financial data in a clear and impactful manner to local and regional stakeholders.
Work closely with the manufacturing and commercial teams to understand cost drivers and operational KPIs.
Prepare financial presentations
Support business cases for new product launches, cost optimization, and investment decisions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A tools, templates, and reporting processes.
The Successful ApplicantA successful FP&A Assistant Manager should have:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
At least 6-10 years of experience in FP&A, preferably in manufacturing (FMCG or food industry a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Solid understanding of costing, pricing, and supply chain finance.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Self-motivated, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
The ability to work at Chiangmai province, Thailand
