As a Senior Process Engineer, you will provide technical leadership across a wide range of processes and technologies in Ingredion’s manufacturing facilities in Thailand. You will support process troubleshooting, optimization, design, and commissioning, while leading capital project execution and driving best practices to improve safety, quality, efficiency, and sustainability.What you will do :Identify process gaps and drive improvements to ensure EHSSQ compliance across plantsParticipate in safety programs (HAZOP, MOC, RA) for assigned projectsDevelop and optimize process designs, PFDs, P&IDs, mass/energy balances, and cost estimatesLead commissioning and ensure projects meet engineering design requirementsDevelop and disseminate engineering standards across the organizationEngage with stakeholders to address complex technical challenges and deliver best-fit solutionsMentor and develop early-career process engineers through guidance and trainingLead deviation treatments and sustainable solutions for complex problems across sitesCollaborate globally to share best practices and drive innovation in production processesWhat you will bring :Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent experienceAt least 5 years’ hands-on engineering experience in food, pharmaceutical, or fine chemical industriesFamiliarity with starch modification or wet milling processes preferredStrong knowledge of EHS standards (Work Permit, LOTOTO, MOC)Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS ProjectEffective communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English (spoken and written)Who you are :Technical expert with strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsProactive, self-motivated, and adaptable in dynamic environmentsCollaborative team player with integrity and customer focusCapable of managing multiple priorities across sites and projectsCommitted to continuous improvement and operational excellenceWhy Join Ingredion?
