Lead the design delivery team, focusing on electrical or HVAC systems, including load calculations, system design, technical route planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
Act as the technical representative in client engagements, presenting and validating solutions with internal and external senior stakeholders.
Guide subcontractors in producing shop drawings and ensure alignment with project specifications and standards.
Identify and manage technical risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring safety, compliance, and quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of all technical systems.
Provide expert input during design reviews, testing, and commissioning phases.
Maintain high standards of technical documentation and reporting.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in data center integration or turnkey solutions, with familiarity in bidding processes, project management, and system testing (e.g., Integration System Test, TCCF).
Experience in large-scale data center projects (500+ racks) is highly valued.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; effective in multicultural environments.
Team-oriented, resilient, and adaptable to high-pressure situations.
Willingness to travel internationally, especially within the Asia-Pacific region.
Proficient in data center facility design including electrical, MVAC, ELV, fire suppression/detection, and architectural systems.
Knowledgeable in global standards such as TIA/EIA, BICSI, IEC, IEEE, NEMA, NFPA, and BS.
Familiar with mainstream data center technologies and vendor ecosystems.
Preferred certifications: ATD (Uptime Institute), CDCP (EPI), Chartered Engineer in Electrical or MVAC.
