Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years related work experience e.g., investment banking, consulting, VC/PE, business development, entrepreneurship, Technology Tech Start-up, etc.
Experienced leading, supervising, and motivating a team of investment professionals.
Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to team leaders by leveraging sector/industry knowledge and experience to identify potential pitfalls and help make critical business decisions
Set long-term strategy, direction, and objective of KX's venture capital area aligning with the organization's business goals and objectives
Manage KXVC's budget effectively as well as optimize resource allocation
Ensure strategic priorities and objectives are effectively cascaded down through the senior management of each team
Have passion and knowledge in VC, Fintech, AI/ML, DeepTech and Start-up Landscapes
Provide leadership to team members and oversee coaching, recruiting, selection, performance development, and mentoring processes
Develop and refine the company's investment strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market dynamics
Monitor each team performance, collaborate with leaders to set and implement goals, document progress, approve incentive compensation calculations, and address employee-related issues in coordination with Human Resources
Proactive, self-driven, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, can work with rush and limited timeline environment
Good command in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
