About Our ClientOur client is a leading international player in the building and construction materials industry.Job DescriptionProvide strategic direction and operational leadership for the Thailand business, aligning local initiatives with regional and global objectives. * Lead and manage all business functions including sales, marketing, operations, and P&L accountability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, dealers, and project stakeholders in the construction ecosystem.
Identify growth opportunities in existing and new market segments, including infrastructure, residential, and commercial developments.
Develop a high-performing local team and foster a culture of accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with local laws, corporate governance standards, and sustainability initiatives.
Collaborate with regional teams on product strategy, supply chain optimization, and innovation initiatives.
Represent the company in key industry associations and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 15 years of experience in building materials, construction products, or related sectors with a proven track record in leadership roles.
Strong background in managing distributors and dealer networks, preferably with exposure to MFC, flooring, or panel products.
Deep understanding of Thailand's construction market dynamics, stakeholder ecosystem, and regulatory landscape.
Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen and P&L management experience.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to execute in a fast-paced, competitive market.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including fluency in Thai and professional-level English.
