Handle daily support for e-commerce channels (Shopee, Lazada, Line Shopping, company website).
Coordinate with Marketing for promos, content, email blasts, campaign calendars.
Sync with Sales to track online orders, refunds, customer issues, trends.
Use data from e-commerce dashboards (traffic, conversion, refund rates) to spot issues or opportunities.
Participate in project tasks like new category rollouts or site improvements.
Keep customer-service scorecards, monitor KPIs, suggest process fixes.
Who you are:
1-3 years in e-commerce coordination, fast-moving consumer goods, D2C, or retail.
Gets how online shopping engines, promos, and marketplace dynamics work.
Strong planner, communicator, multi-tasker.
Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting.
