Manage sourcing operations for raw materials and packaging, focusing on supplier reliability, cost control, and quality standards
Oversee warehouse functions to maintain inventory accuracy, optimize storage, and support timely order fulfillment
Collaborate with commercial and product teams to align supply planning with sales forecasts and promotional activities
Monitor supply chain performance metrics and drive initiatives to improve speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency
Supervise ERP and logistics systems to enhance operational transparency and streamline procurement and distribution workflows
Coordinate with logistics partners and regulatory bodies to ensure compliant and timely cross-border shipments
Build a results-driven team culture across supply chain, sourcing, and warehouse functions through strong leadership and continuous development
Experience requirements
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, sourcing, and warehouse operations, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or trading sectors
Proven track record in managing international supply chains, supplier negotiations, and cross-border logistics
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
