The Travel Operations Officer is responsible for managing all aspects of travel bookings, from initial inquiry to post-booking support. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong customer service orientation, and meticulous attention to detail to ensure seamless travel arrangements for our clients across various destinations. The officer acts as a key liaison between sales teams, and ground suppliers, upholding EXO Travel's commitment to delivering authentic, sustainable, and high-quality travel experiences.Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming reservation inquiries from Tour Consultants, accurately inputting and updating booking details in the company's Tourplan system.
- Be informed with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests promptly, ensuring all information is meticulously cross-checked and confirmed with relevant suppliers.
- Respond promptly to sales team inquiries regarding itineraries, availability, pricing, and travel logistics.
- Prepare and distribute booking confirmations, vouchers, and other essential travel documents to sales teams.
- Maintain strong communication with sales, product, and finance departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Collaborates with the Operations Team to resolve on-the-ground issues.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards for all bookings and interactions.
- Ensure all reservations comply with industry regulations and relevant travel advisories.
- Diploma in Tourism, Administration or other related fields.
- Good command over written and verbal English.
- Experience in Travel Company and Operations Task is an advantage
- Excellent skills in Google Office & experience in Tour Plan is a plus
