About the job Research and DevelopmentJob Description :
Develop formulas and production processes for new rice-based products, such as ready-to-eat jasmine rice, crispy pork, coconut milk formulas, and ready-to-drink Thai tea.
Invent, research, and develop new products based on customer needs and global market demand through laboratory testing and sensory evaluation.
Test new products under development, including products from OEM partners.
Study the shelf life of new products and ensure they meet desired quality standards.
Coordinate with suppliers for sourcing raw materials, packaging, and contract manufacturing services.
Liaise with OEM partners to develop product formulas and source new products based on customer needs.
Maintain lab equipment and manage internal documentation within the department.
Qualifications :- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, food science, food technology, or any related field.- Minimum 3 years working experience in R&D in food industry.- Good command of English in spoken, written, and reading. (Chinese is a plus)- Experience in research and developing new products based on customer requirements.- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.- Able to travel for work, off-site and upcountry as assigned.- Immediate availability to start work will be special consideration.
