As the Ice Cream HORECA Business Lead, you will help shape the future of The Magnum Ice Cream Company in Thailand’s foodservice sector, driving growth across Hotel, Restaurant, Catering, and emerging white space channels.This is more than a leadership role — it’s an opportunity to influence how indulgent experiences are delivered beyond retail. - Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute the HORECA business strategy aligned with TMICC growth ambition
- Identify white space opportunities and build scalable go-to-market plans.
- Lead annual business planning, including volume forecasts, pricing, promotional strategies, and budgeting processes for the HORECA channel.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities in foodservice and impulse consumption to shape channel innovation.
- Commercial Excellence
- Own the full P&L for the business unit, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth with financial discipline.
- Build and manage key account relationships with top-tier hotels, restaurants, and catering partners.
- Negotiate high-impact and strategic commercial agreements and partnerships with key HORECA accounts, distributors, and culinary influencers.
- Cross-Functional Leadership
- Lead and align internal teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, R&D, finance, and culinary support.
- Oversee end-to-end operations including supply chain, product portfolio, pricing, and service delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure performance targets are met.
- Team Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HORECA team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and customer-centricity.
- Champion talent development and succession planning.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between the HORECA division and the Country GM.
- Represent TMICC at industry forums, trade shows, and strategic customer engagements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HORECA or FMCG sectors, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of driving commercial success and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Thailand’s HORECA landscape and consumer behavior.
- Fluent in English and Thai; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Operates with a high degree of autonomy and strategic influence.
- Champions complex initiatives with cross-functional impact.
