- Provide advice on appropriate insurance solutions based on client's needs and recommend suitable insurance plans to them.
- Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in system within timely manner.
- Maintain good records of customer accounts and update customer’s information in system promptly.
- Liaise with relevant departments to resolve complaints or disputes.
- Stay up to date with changes in the financial services industry, including legislative requirements, trends and product innovations.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.Qualifications: - Degree holder in any fields
- At least 2 years of experience in Insurance industry, preferably Life Insurance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport quickly
- Proactive and self motivated
- Result oriented and able to work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of insurance laws and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office applications
