Lead complex financial due diligence assignments for key clients
Analyze financial and operational data to assess business performance
Identify earnings quality, financial trends, and potential risks
Prepare adjusted financial statements and pro-forma reports
Conduct industry and company-specific research as needed
Engage directly with clients and target companies during fieldwork
Mentor junior team members through coaching and training initiatives
The Successful Applicant
Thai nationality with a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
CPA, CFA, ACCA, or MBA is a plus
3-5 years (AM) or 5-6 years (Manager) in due diligence, advisory, or audit
Experience with international accounting firms preferred
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated commitment to client service and professional excellence
