- Oversee pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies across diverse APAC geographies.
- Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development.
- Ensure efficient regional operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Monitor KPIs and business metrics to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Spearhead market entry strategies for new countries or verticals within APAC.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
- Represent the company at regional events, conferences, and forums.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across the region.
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear accountability and continuous improvement.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within regional teams.
- Collaborate closely with the COO and other executive leaders to align regional initiatives with global priorities.
- Provide regular updates and insights to the executive team on regional performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Contribute to global strategic planning and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience of at least 10 years in senior commercial leadership roles within APAC.
- Prior experience working within the automotive, automation, industrial technology, or engineering sectors is necessary.
- Fluency in both Thai and English.
- Strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- Deep understanding of APAC business environments, cultures, and regulatory landscapes.
- Experience managing multi-country teams and complex stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
