Role PurposeThe Senior Warehouse Manager plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing the warehouse strategy to optimize supply chain performance, enhance operational excellence, and drive sustainable business growth. Lead end-to-end warehouse operations by developing and implementing strategies that ensure seamless inbound receiving, inventory management, and distribution, optimizing stock availability to meet dynamic business demands.
Drive the integration of customer sales order processing within warehouse workflows to enhance order fulfillment accuracy and speed, directly supporting sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Architect and enforce operational policies and procedures that improve productivity, reduce costs, and elevate service standards across all warehousing functions.
Build and inspire a high-performance team by mentoring and developing direct reports, fostering accountability, and cultivating a culture aligned with company values and strategic priorities.
Strategically allocate resources-including manpower, technology, and equipment-to maximize operational efficiency while maintaining flexibility to respond to market changes.
Safety and compliance initiatives, embedding rigorous health, safety, and environmental standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001) within warehouse culture and processes.
Leverage data-driven insights to continuously monitor warehouse performance, identify risks, and drive corrective actions that minimize losses and improve operational KPIs.
Collaborate cross-functionally procurement, logistics, and external partners to align warehouse operations with broader supply chain strategies and customer service commitments.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies to future-proof warehouse operations and sustain competitive advantage.
Prepare and deliver strategic performance reports to senior leadership, translating operational metrics into actionable insights and long-term strategic recommendations.
Support executive leadership in defining the vision, mission, and operational goals for warehousing, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategy and market objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Organisation & Leadership, Finance and Economics, International Business
Over 8 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field
