Job Responsibilities
- ICT (Information and Communication Technology) test program debugging & installing technical products or equipment for customers. - Daily production maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing technical issues or performing maintenance tasks on products or equipment to ensure proper functionality and efficiency. - Analysing technical problems and finding solutions to ensure that products or equipment are functioning properly. - Providing guidance and advice on the usage and maintenance of products or equipment to customers. - Preparing reports documenting inspection results, repair activities, or installations to provide a comprehensive understanding of technical information. - Support customers and In-House (Sales, Admin and Operations). - Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering. - At least 1 year experience in the Maintenance and repair of machines. - Experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) - Conversational high to communicate with foreign customers and other branches - Able to go support customers onsite (domestic and international)
