Business Unit: RetailRole Overview:We are looking for a high-energy and process-driven HRBP Manager - Retail to partner with senior business leaders and lead a team of HRBPs in supporting our expanding retail operations. This role is critical in driving workforce planning, recruitment, and HR initiatives that align with business growth.The ideal candidate has a strong HRBP background with a specialization in recruitment, proven team management experience, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services. Experience in banking retail or large-scale organizations is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior retail stakeholders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning and recruitment to support business expansion.
- Manage and develop a team of HRBPs to ensure effective HR delivery.
- Collaborate with COEs (e.g., Talent Acquisition, L&D, C&B) and Shared Services on HR programs.
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HRBP leadership role.
- Strong expertise in recruitment and team leadership.
- Experience in banking retail or large organizations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
