Lead the design and execution of civil engineering works for data center infrastructure, including site grading, drainage, foundations, and roadways.
Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems such as sprinklers, alarms, suppression systems, and smoke detection.
Ensure all civil and fire protection systems comply with local codes, NFPA standards, and industry best practices.
Conduct site assessments and risk evaluations to support safe and efficient design and construction.
Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of civil and fire systems into overall project plans.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all safety regulations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead safety training, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to minimize operational disruptions.
Apply strong knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD and Revit for civil and fire system planning.
Bring experience from large-scale data center projects (500+ racks), with a preference for international exposure.
Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in multicultural environments.
Be open to frequent travel, especially across the Asia-Pacific region, to support project execution.
