Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Represents the Executive by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company event and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the Executive. - Helps key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents; serving as liaison between them and the Executive. - Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the corporate jet; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations. - Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes. - Accompanied with Japanese report line or as assigned to work outside such as day trip (Company car with driver is provided). - Other tasks as assignedJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Thai nationality , Male, Female , age 24 - 29 years old - Bachelor's degree- At least 3 years experience of Personal Assistant or Secretary. - Conversational High to Fluent level in Japanese with JLPT N2 or N1 (Support Japanese report Line) - Conversational High in English (documents work, internal coordination etc) - Understanding Japanese business manner and Excellent interpersonal and time management skills. - Able to Cooperate with different kind of person
Preferable Skill / Experience
