Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information regarding shipping services, rates, and prepare quotations (regular business and one-off-quotes for spot shipments) within the stipulated time frame outlines in the A&S minimum standards delivery schedules.
Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and any changes or delays.
Assist clients in tracking shipments and resolving any issues related to delays, damages, or discrepancies.
Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Collaborate with Sales, Operation and Logistics Teams to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained.
Experience requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Air or Sea freight Customer service in Freight forwarding business.
Experience managing and reviewing shipment status, delivery schedules and preparing quotation
Proven experience in managing a good relationships with clients and internal parties
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Education requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
