We - a sustainable beverages start-up - are seeking a driven and organized Order Fulfillment Junior Manager to join our growing team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a foundational understanding of logistics and supply chain operations, eager to develop their career in a dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our order fulfillment process, from invoicing to delivery.Tasks
Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices and all necessary documentation for outgoing orders.
Logistics & Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes for our drivers, considering efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer delivery schedules.
Warehouse Operations Liaison: Work closely with our warehouse staff to coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch activities, ensuring orders are prepared for shipment according to plan.
Driver Management: Communicate effectively with our drivers, providing them with clear instructions, addressing any issues during transit, and monitoring delivery performance.
Inventory Planning: Collaborate with relevant teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels at our warehouses to prevent stockouts and optimize storage.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to current order fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, such as delivery delays or discrepancies.
Requirements
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams (warehouse staff, drivers).
Proficiency in using order management systems and/or inventory management software.
Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with invoicing procedures and logistics planning principles.
Language: Fluency in Thai and a good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred for effective communication with local teams and potential international stakeholders.Benefits
